Talley, who will join Tyra Banks, photographer Nigel Barker and a weekly guest judge on the judges' panel, is one of the fashion industry's most influential style-setters. Alexander, long-time judge, breaks free from the judges' desk to take on a mentoring role during challenges with the models. One of the most influential members of the fashion world, Andre Leon Talley, joins the judges panel alongside Tyra Banks and Nigel Barker..
2)DRECKITUDE
The girls pose for their first official Top Model photo shoot but quickly learn they are only allowed to wear one article of clothing. Andre Leon Talley makes his debut alongside Tyra and Nigel on the judges panel for the first elimination of cycle 14.

3) LET'S DANCE
The girls receive a surprise visit from cycle 3 contestant Toccara Jones, who puts their fashion knowledge to the test. This week's photo shoot is dance-inspired and forces the girls to pose while demonstrating their fancy footwork. During panel, Wilhelmina Models President Sean Patterson joins the judges, and one girl decides whether she wants to quit the competition.

5) SMILE & POSE
This week the girls pose with comedian Ross Mathews ("The Tonight Show" and "Chelsea Lately") before heading to NYC's garment district to be completely transformed in faux fashion wardrobe.
